Job Description

 

Manage and direct implementation projects to meet revenue and margin objectives. Provide guidance and proven methodologies to translate customer goals into project scope, planning, schedules, solution design and delivery within project cost and time constraints

Required Items

 

. Lives near project site or willing to relocate to or get an apartment nearby so that they can work long hours during the week with the team.
. Experience in playing a hands-on role in turning around problem projects and running successful projects.
. Experience in running fixed priced projects over $10 million.
. Minimum 10 years project management experience.
. Strong experience with consulting, preferably with a top tier systems integrator or software vendor.
. Strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills
. Ability to multi-task and build a highly motivated project team
. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business field

 

Desired Items

 

. Willing/interested in running large projects outside the Netherlands for Navis long term. This would require them to be close to a full time traveler or to temporarily relocate to these project sites.
. Strong, impressive presence. Someone who is a uniquely talented individual.
